Everyone was helpfull. The only slight detractor was the signing on process. This was finally completed with the assistance of the staff, who were also very helpfull.

People Safe has made a real difference to our team, and everyone feels much safer as a result. We recently had an incident where an alarm was triggered while a team member was out on site. The People Safe team responded immediately and contacted them straight away. Thankfully, it turned out to be an accidental activation, but it was very reassuring to see how quickly and professionally the situation was handled.

Customer services wanted to know a lot of information before agreeing to replace the unit. I understand this needs to be done but while this was taking place, I was without a working device.

Using the Peoplesafe phone app:
Found the information online clear and easy to follow.
The option to watch information videos was helpful.
I was a little nervous about testing the phone app for the first time but this went well.
Once I started to use the app I got more confident.

Peoplesafe Onboarding was a seamless and fluent process. Weekly meetings were planned to discuss any concerns and to give any advice required.

Staff were very quick to respond and sort my problem out. I needed a replacement, which arrived at my home address the day after. Instructions around returning the faulty device were clear and easy to follow.
