Just got off the phone from placing my order and they were very nice, helpful, and calming. Besides helping me with my order they were happy to educate me on what I was getting. They also put up with my kids going nuts in the background. Lol. I spoke with Mindy and Hannah

The hot tub is amazing! The only reason I dropped it down one star is because there was a lot of trouble with delivery. They send one person and a semi truck to get the hot tub to your driveway. When the delivery person got to my house they asked if I had a fork truck they could use. I did not, so they left with my hot tub and for the next 2 weeks Clearwater worked to get another company to deliver my hot tub. The experience was frustrating but the hot tub itself is well worth it.

Spa did not work when I got it had to pay a repair company to come out to fix. And on the side there was scratches

I know very little about hot tubs, and had a few questions. The first person I spoke with seemed irritated with every question I had and sighed every time she answered. I finally had enough and asked to speak with someone else. That person was polite and quickly helped me to understand what I needed to know before I shucked out a few thousand dollars. No one, however, mentioned anything about chemicals, so I called back to inquire; another thing I think should've been addressed in the first call. I bought a chemical kit, only to find out that there was no calcium increaser, which the frog app told me I needed. I just think they pretty much dropped the ball. But, the hot tub is wonderful, so I highly recommend it.

The hot tub delivery company used was less than perfect, but we have gotten it hooked up. As of day 4, it still had not reached the 100 degree standard temp but it has been below freezing most of the week here. I am concerned that when we hooked it up a bunch of “mold”/black stuff came out of the jets which tells me it’s had water run through it before. The filter is now filthy before even it’s first actual use so we will have to clean it before we can use it. Still hoping for a positive experience once we actually get to use it.

Best deal out there. Easy to set up and fairly easy to move around with friends and a dolly. Plugged into my 110 outlet and works great. Highly recommend.

ordering by phone was quick and easy. Info on web site was complete, employee on phone confirmed info. We'll see how fast it gets to my house in NC. And then well see how it performs.

placed order January 7. Was told it takes a couple weeks to receive. did get pillow and steps in that time frame. was told February 7 they are working on contacting manufacturer. i just want a time frame given

I scoured the internet for a small plug and play hot tub and finally settled on one from PeopleLikeClearwater (PLC). I found the same model for a little less Black Friday weekend on Wayfair but it had 12-16 weeks delivery time. The deal from PLC was competitive and included the cover. I received my hot tub in 2 weeks!!!! They provided support at every step. I had zero issues, all arrived in great condition and works perfectly. The hot tub is perfect for me and my hubby and we are super happy. Please note, I compared to many other sites and companies and all except wayfair were higher cost and NONE had delivery in less than 8 weeks.

We ordered a four person spa and received it within 2-3 weeks. The spa arrived well wrapped and intact. We were able to set it up within a few hours and it was ready to use the following day. We're extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and with the on-line customer service we received.

We really like our hot tub. It arrived sooner than we expected and runs great. The only challenge we had was the hard wire connection inside the hot tub electrical box (not the one we added) has the wires entering into the box requiring an immediate 90° angle to connect to the terminal. Since we added a 240W, 50 Amp connection, the gage of the wire required was quite large and that 90° turn added over an hour of time to the install to get it done. I would like to recommend modifying the electrical/mechanical box to have a straight path to the connection. It would make the install much faster and simpler. Also, having never had a hot tub before, we would have enjoyed more info on required maintenance & upkeep. We figured all this out and are now enjoying our hot tub immensely. Would highly recommend it to others.

So far so good. Clearwater got the spa to me more quickly than I expected (within a couple weeks; other sites had a 3-4 month wait). Communication from delivery was not what I expected (10 minutes prior) but I raced home from an errand just in time. The spa seems to be working very well, despite frigid temperatures. I just love it!

Ordering and shipping response from Clearwater was great. Really like the hot tub. Delivery service was not as advertised, issues there. We were supposed to be contacted by shipper (Estes) and set up a delivery time/day. Estes notified us on a Friday that hot tub was out for delivery without giving us notice or setting up appointment. We had not planned for this so had made other plans for that day. Had to scramble to get delivery stopped. Following Monday arranged with Estes to have HT delivered following Tuesday between 9-3pm. Tuesday no delivery and no contact from Estes. Called late in afternoon and Estes had no clue what happened. Online tracking was not accurate or helpful. I setup to have Hot tub delivered next day, driver was very helpful.

It’s been weeks since I ordered the $650 dollar Cover,there ad says ships in 7-14 working days.That does not hold true on covers, i called after 14days and they claim that can take 8-12 weeks??? So I cancelled my order and they charged me a 3% restocking fee on a order they never had to ship out.Stay away from them, take your money and holds on for weeks then charge you when canceled.Never Again. days never again
