Scam Company
They take your money and do not provide the service you paid for. They do not reply to emails. Employees could not access software
There is no phone number to call and discuss problems.

Total lack of customer support
Total lack of customer support. They are very good at autorenewing you each year, but do not provide timely reviews of insurance reimbursements which is the whole reason you would want a QSEHRA provider. Looking for an alternative provider since Peoplekeep was acquired by Remedy Health they clearly are understaffed and have some management issues.
Ridiculously complicated process to submit for reimbursement!
Ridiculously complicated for no reason. It's a pain to apply for reimbursement. Almost every time I submit receipts for medical expenses, People Keep doesn't accept it and asks for more and more documentation. They make everything so difficult. I wish my employer didn't use this service but it's cheap for them and they don't offer benefits so it is what it is!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I can't even log into my account. I contacted customer service and was told they had no record of my e-mail. They keep charging the monthly fee using the e-mail they say they have no record of. CS then said I need to contact my administrator. The response I got was " I can't help you. I can't even cancel the service.
Customer Service is not their focus
Company auto-renews yearly but does not allow for subtractive changes to membership during the year. A review at the end of one year into the next does not occur, so if you don't call to change terms / membership before the next auto draft, you are out of luck and they have your money. Their protocol is built to maximize their profits without consideration for clients' needs.
PeopleKeep was very good. Not any more
PeopleKeep was very good. I used them for one of my companies for two years with no problems. When I went to sign up my second company recently, the prices had tripled. I was in a hurry and didn't really notice. What I did notice, was when they charged my card a second (unauthorized) time the next day. After speaking with them, all they have to say is that they 'recalculated' and decided that I owed them more. I will have to look for alternatives now.
Never use this product!
We only used this product for a couple of months and it was the worst experience ever! Customer support would never answer our questions, we would follow up numerous times and would have to fight for a response. When we closed our account, PeopleKeep sent us a general reminder to file paperwork required by law. When we reached out to obtain that information from our records, they took a month to response to us (only after following up) and then told we needed to download the records before closing our account (these records were not generated when our account was active). They then said they emailed us the data, but no one at the company received it which means private data was sent outside our company. Never use this product!
There is an error on the tax reports…
There is an error on the tax reports that we did not receive from them until after the deadline. The soonest we can get a meeting to correct this is a month after we reported it. Half of our employees will have to file an extension because of them.
STAY CLEAR!! Do not use this company.
I would put a zero if I could. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY. It takes weeks to resolve issues. Obviously understaffed and unresponsive customer service issues.
Do NOT recommend this company
I signed up with them in 2022 and they charged me for 2021. They auto-renewed me for 2023 and refuse to refund the charge even though I haven't used them since March of 2022. Customer service is terrible. You can't even schedule a call for a month. Their website won't even let you get to your profile, it just keeps logging you out. Avoid them at all costs.
Beware --no support once you sign up
I would not recomment them at all. I signed up and have not been able to get in touch with customer support for weeks. Their chat is not functional and their actual live person is not available for weeks. I set up an appointment and they cancelled the support meeting twice! There is no support at all.
There is ZERO customer service
There is ZERO customer service, you can't get a person on the phone and the 'schedule a call' is not available for more than 3 business days. I'm currently looking for another provider unless they can fix this issue. It seems other have been having this same experience.
There is no customer service from PeopleKeep
There is no customer service from PeopleKeep. Their software is not accurate in tracking reimbursements. If you find an error, then they require you to schedule an appointment, which ends up been weeks out.

If you look, there is only one recent review, and that
review rates PeopleKeep as terrible. That is also my experience. Customer service--there really isn't any. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone! The "chat" is NOT LIVE. You key in your question and then wait days to receive an email response. OR there is no response at all. Arrgh. PeopleKeep was recommended to me as it is less costly than "the other company." Do your employees a favor and spend the dollars to get a company that delivers the service.

After offering our employees a product through Zane/PeopleKeep for years, I would never recommend them.
Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with & their response time to requests is zero.
No dedicated rep. They have left our company hanging without support. It is sad and upsetting to see this happen. At one time they were a decent company.

Every time I have to use this benefit it's like pulling f***ing teeth. Treatment plans and receipts for payment are never enough for these people. You have to pay huge upfront costs and wait for reimbursement if they deem you worthy of "approval". This service is bulls**t

PeopleKeep is a fantastic service! I've used others as an employee, and PeopleKeep is by far the easiest to use with the most responsive customer service, hands down. I highly recommend them!
