Bill came to upgrade our ancient one pipe central heating system. I had been dreading the disruption of having floorboards up etc but honestly, he was like the invisible man - you couldn’t tell where he’d been! Every evening he put back anything that had been lifted; he had to work out a few creative solutions to put right poor work done by others in the past. He worked on his own, he’d arrive earlier than promised each day; he worked SO hard for nine solid hours a day without taking one single break- he was incredible. Plus he was really pleasant to have around. Needless to say the job was completed ahead of schedule, to an incredibly high standard, even tweaking one underperforming radiator on his way out. He was so thorough over the 4 days. Pentland always do an excellent job for us and we cannot recommend Bill highly enough. We have a lovely warm house!

Just wanted to say thank you for getting this sorted so quickly. We had the new boiler fitted yesterday and it's great actually having regular hot water again.

They sent Luke out to my mum’s place to sort a couple of plumbing issues and I honestly can’t believe how quickly everything was handled.

Luke was absolutely brilliant – friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was fully sorted today. Massive peace of mind knowing my mum is now comfortable and not worrying or panicking about leaks.

Kerry is always extremely helpful in organising a visit for us, during and her aftercare is fabulous also.
Everyone we have had out to the premises to deal with any issues here, have been great but I would like to give a special mention to Tom who helped us on numerous occasions and just recently Tom who was also very efficient.
The named above and anyone else who I have ever dealt with has always been very friendly as well, I would highly recommend Pentland Plumbing and like to them for being a delight to do business with.

I rang yesterday afternoon to report a fault with our ancient electric shower. By 11.00 this morning we’d had a new shower sourced and fitted - no messing! Exemplary service from the lovely Kerrie who took our call, and the cheery Jordan who came and fitted the new shower. This is the third time I have used Pentland Plumbing and I will continue to do so. Excellent Company.

My mother who is 98 booked a service to find that there was a small Gas leak and it had to be turned off for safety reasons - Pentland Plumbing went above and beyond to ensure that they could minimize the time she didnt have heating at this time of year ( Nov) - Bill and Tom were outstanding - Their work was exceptional, clean and very professional PLUS very trustworthy - My mum has heating now and is over the moon with the service !! We had quite a tricky problem with a leak, but Tom, Aaron and Jake were able to establish the cause and then give sound and honest advice. It resulted in the shower being replaced! Great advice, polite, helpful. I'd recommend Pentland every time. Work hard Jake 😀

Contacted Pentland Plumbing yesterday.had a problem with my shower valve.Kerrie picked up my email that evening replied to me out of office hours,Had one of their trusted employees fix the problem with a new valve the very next morning.Great service.Promptly dealt with .I strongly recommend these guys!

Excellent service.
Our old boiler broke down on one of the coldest days of the year. I called Pentland Plumbing and one of their staff came around that day. Our boiler could not be repaired as it was 39 years old. The next day I received a quote from Pentland, and when I called them, to my utter amazement they said that they could start work the next day! The new boiler and ancillary work was done over the following two days and we had our heating back by the weekend. Marvellous!

Everything went smoothly with our boiler replacement. Keith visited first and assessed what was required. Kerrie sent the quote to me the next day. I accepted the quote and Hazel called me to book the installation date. A week later Bill visited and fitted the new boiler. So that's it. Everyone did their bit and we have a lovely new boiler with wireless thermostat and phone apps to control the temperature. Perfect

Pentland did it again. Superb service and a staff to be proud of! I always said I would call on them to install my new bathroom. It looks stunning!

Superb service and quality work.
The engineering sent took the time to discuss the install of gas fitting for our cooker. This meant the install would be much easier and neater.
A perfect example of a professional taking the time to complete the work to the highest standard even if it wasn’t the simplest solution for him.
