All that I was told was verified to be true. I tried the Salt Free system on their 90 day guarantee; was not satisfied with the hardness and they replaced it hassle free with the salt based system. I have tested the water and it is perfect. FRank, Kyle and all the others are high integrity people

They do not sell the softner media for scale and mag. Hard water
You can buy the tank with the media but if you want to replace the media
after time THEY WONT SELL IT TO YOU? kind of crazy!!!

The no salt system works great it replaces our eco water system . It was also easy to install myself.

For the functionality you get, this softener is significantly overpriced. You can get a Fleck to do what this can do, for half the price. The company will also not pay for returns if you are unsatisfied with the quality of what you receive. Don't do business with a like this.

The customer service at Pelican is excellent; staff advised me on the filter system size appropriate for my needs. The cost of the system is 1/3 of another system I was considering. I signed up for the automatic shipment of filters, which is great so I won't have to think about it. The installation was accomplished by my trusty plumber and I have tasty, clean water!!! I'm drinking much more water now that I know it's clean and safe. I would recommend Pelican highly to anyone.

I had my water conditioner and whole house filter installed about 2 months ago. The installation was a lot harder and expensive to get installed than you stated! I still can not drink the water due to taste after installation. I am also worried with the calcium build up that I have noticed since installing.

On Saturday January 6, 2018 Clemente (customer service rep) called me and addressed my previous concerns. After talking to him, I am trying to resolve my concerns. I will get back to TrustPilot if I can not take care of what we disscussed.
