Very pleased with our salt type water softener from Pelican, and A big thank you to James in customer service( ext 209 ) for being such a pleasant person to help solve a problem for us. Five stars all the way.

The Pelican whole house water filter is amazing. We get around 5 years life before changing the media. I completly removes that funky taste from our water, all that is left is the taste of good clean water. I live in a rural comunity that has very bad tasting water-this has totally solved that problem

Called to get info on the water system in the house I purchased last year. The Customer service rep was excellent and walked me through the system features and how to replace the filter. Discovered no shut off valve was installed so have to shut off main to change filter. Will have a plumber remedy that. Excellent call!

Good experience from ordering the test kit, to reviewing the results and ordering the proper equipment, and technical help with installation and programing.

Parts were missing from the order, so I could not install. After contacting them, they sent out the missing parts but delayed the installation by over a week.

The service, price and shipping from Pelican was great. However my wife says she has not used the system long enough to see a difference in our city water.

Does its job quality could be better

After tightening up the unit leaked and was loose between the nut and filter. I'm going to have a go at it again, which will make the third try. So far, so bad.

We had no problems when we ordered the unit.

Got a filter. Easy to change out. Live in West Yahoo with water that comes out of tap brown. This filter works great.
