Hi Charlotte,

We're sorry about this. From what you've described, we completely understand why the product listing caused confusion, particularly if the images showed the pan being used on a hob.

We've passed this on to the team to review the listing and make sure the intended use of the product is made as clear as possible.

We're also sorry that getting this resolved became such a drawn-out process. That's not how we want a relatively straightforward issue to feel for a customer.

Thanks,
Dominic – Peeko Customer Support

Hi Sean,

Thanks for the feedback and we're glad you're happy with Peeko overall.

We completely understand your point about replacements too – chocolate to moisturiser is quite a jump! 😄 We'll pass that feedback on to the team, as a similar alternative would certainly make more sense where possible.

Thanks for shopping with us!

Hi Raymond,

We're really sorry to read this, particularly as it sounds like you've placed a number of orders with us and have experienced problems more than once.

Missing items, damaged products and delivery issues aren't the experience we want our customers to have. Where items arrive damaged or are confirmed as missing, we do offer refunds or vouchers depending on the circumstances.

We're also sorry that you've had to spend so much time contacting us to get issues resolved. We appreciate how frustrating that must have been and we'll be taking your feedback on board.

Thanks,
Dominic – Peeko Customer Support
