Overall found the bike was a nice comfortable machine to ride, but it isn't lightweight as you describe it, I can just about lift it into my car,( maybe I'm getting old ) also the assist only really kicks in at position 4 which suits me as I only need it on hills, otherwise no complaints and no regrets in buying it.

Buying this bike was a considered purchase for me. As I live too far away to have a test ride I had lots of questions prior to making my decision, which were all answered promptly via email.

Once I placed my order the bike was dispatched within a few days. Arrived all fully assembled. Just had to lift it out of the box. Which was perfect for me.

This bike is a dream to ride, and SO much fun having the throttle.
I went for a ride with my friend who said 'what is the point of having the throttle, you might as well have a moped' So I let her have a go, and boy did she love it! She soon changed her mind!

One of my main concerns, being a woman in her 60's, was the weight of the bike, and would I be able to lift it into the boot of my car. Well that turns out to be no problem. The magnets hold the wheels together nicely when folded so you can get a good hold on the frame to lift it up. Fits easily in my Citroën C1 boot.

Another thing I like about this bike is that I can wheel it along folded (just like you see them doing on the website advert) I take it from my back garden straight to my car folded, lift in, and away to go.

I highly recommend this bike. It is so easy to fold, comfortable to ride, and loads of fun.

When I 1st contacted Pedibal via email, I was greeted by 1 person and they were my sole contact all the way through. They talked through the options with me and I made my purchase. I bought the bike through my company's Cycle to work scheme and they were more than happy to help process the additional paperwork to make the process as smooth as possible.

Luckily the courier was delivering to my immediate area so my bike arrived really quickly, the whole process including additional paperwork took no longer than 8 days.

Reacted to my enquiry very quickly, that it was for an item of low cost made no difference to getting it sent as soon as it could and in my hands.

I ordered a Pedibal Navigata IIFolding Electric Bike - Long Range Lightweight Compact × 1 on a Friday before a Bank Holiday Monday. Lead time 2 - 5 weeks as it required a Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency
British National Type Approval Minister's Approval Certificate. This makes the twist throttle and the bike road legal. It arrived via DPD the following Wednesday. As soon as I ordered and the office was open I emailed to ask a rough ETA. I received a very prompt reply stating it was on its way with full DPD tracking details.

Why cannot other UK Companies operate using this customer centric model? Well done Pedibal and such a great product. I have not stopped using it and find any excuse to get out on it. My other vehicle is a VW Camper so not brilliant for days to day use into town etc. The bike however is a different matter. Not to mention the bag I also purchased that is of great quality.

After a knee injury this bike has given me back my independence. So many e-bikes need to be pedalled but this one can also go with just a twist of the throttle and is road legal. It folds away easily and comes everywhere with me in our Motorhome. For less physically mobile people it’s a life saver but also perfect for motorhome travel.

From the very first point of contact - a phone enquiry whilst looking at Pedibal's website - the service and responsiveness have been impressive. I received sensible advice on which bike(s) and model would best suit our needs, the history and background of the company, agreement on delivery dates (I was trying to coincide it as a birthday gift) and an assurance that if I wanted more help, support was but a phone call or email away.
Throughout, Mark and Reeves have been great to deal with. In fact, I can't think of any company that has so exceeded customer expectations.
Whether you're new to electric, folding or cycling generally, I think you'll have to go a long way to get a better experience.
(And this is before I get to the bikes themselves - which will be the subject of a separate review once there's a few miles under our pedals.)

On initial contact the company was on point. Messaged through their website and they got back to me very quickly. Very helpful and informative. I'd reviewed the bikes on offer as I was looking for a foldable electric bike so the Navigata was my choice. Went with the Mk2 as wanted the few upgrades it came with. Battery range isn't bad given the size of the battery. Did expect a branded battery although not clearly marked Pedibal assure me it is indeed LG cells used. I like the build of the bike, seems extremely well put together. Think it may have been better with torque sensor instead of a cadence sensor although is very responsive. Maybe higher gears as I do have a little ghost peddling. Saddle not the comfiest but recently back to cycling so figure I may need to toughen up. Delivery was literally next day from purchasing. I was lucky enough when ordering with legal throttle (which is a huge help) they did have a few pre tested ones so no waiting time for me. I love the fact they are a British company. Payment options were available which made purchase more affordable. All in all happy with my business with Pedibal.

Bought my bike with Pedibal through the cycle scheme. Mark was super helpful over the telepone and got my order processed in no time followed by a very fast delivery. The MKII folding bike I purchased is very well made and a delight to ride. Would recommend for both the quality of the product and the amazing customer service.

I’ve had my pedibal bike for a few years now and absolutely love it.
I’ve recently had to buy a new battery and digital display. Which was fitted by another bike outfit. It wasn’t working correctly so I called mark at pedibal and they came and collected the bike and brought it back fully working.
Pedibal are extremely helpful if you have a problem and really care about their products and your satisfaction with them.
I can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent service and excellent bike. Third electric bike in last 5 years. By far the best in build pulling power and easy of use. Battery failed and was replaced by customer service within a few days. Excellent and would recommend to future buyers. Happy cycling 😊

Mark at Pedibal is extremely helpful and after sales service is the best, which is quite different than most companies. As regards the Navigata MKII E-bike, it is lightweight and easily manouverable. Brakes are disc and very strong. The range is only about 30 miles, if you use assist, but adequate. The quality of build is very good. Moreover, the after sales is great and Mark visited me to make a couple of adjustment, even though I am in Hampshire an he is in London. Great company and very well run.

I’m so impressed with this electric folding bike. I wanted something that worked as both an electric and normal bike but so many have the battery as the seat post. Pedibal’s removal battery within the frame combined with the mechanical gears sold me. I’ve used it for commuting for a week now and I’m really pleased by how much support the motor gives me and that it’s light enough for me to carry up 4 flights of stairs to fold under my desk at work.

We visited Pedibal's retail outlet unannounced. We were warmly welcomed by Martin, who demonstrated the bikes to us including the folding mechanism and instructions for use and allowed us a short supervised trial. We decided to purchase two bikes and spoke to Mark, to confirm our requirements and price. He was also very helpful and indicated that our bikes would be ready within the hour if we could wait. We accepted that and took our bikes away that day.
