Questionable Company
Ordered 4/22, emailed several times for update, as I received an email that it was shipped but tracking number can’t be tracked. Their email for so called customer service sucks and no number to talk to a real person. Basing on what I’ve read here, I am not hoping for something good at the end. I should have ordered the patagonia crossbody bag, with much better company reputation. Sometimes it is not worthy to give chances to new companies with no name as they can be just scammers.

Travel backpack not so good
I recently used this travel backpack on a trip from the USA to Europe. Ordering and receiving the travel backpack went quite well. Exterior pockets and mesh pockets inside are good. The backpack was difficult to pack. The vacuum bag part did not allow for as many clothes as the video suggested. The videos of how it packed were misleading. It was difficult to place items on top of or around the vacuum bag. The luggage sleeve was too small to fit over my luggage handle and the water bottle pocket allowed for only a narrow water bottle. I did not find any advantage to using the vacuum bag. Finally, there was no where on the website to contact them. The contact link went to a dead end as did the email address I found. That is very shoddy customer service. If there was a way to return it at this point I would do so.

Refuse to refund and cancel my order
I order over a month ago for a trip it has not shipped. The order went to a delivery status immediately. They REFUSE to refund me and cancel my order. Said it was policy they could not. I have never been more upset with a vendor, on principle alone. I still have not received the order. DO NOT order from this vendor if you need for a trip. Ordered 3/25/26 and still not shipped!

Good and bad points
The slim bag fits my body very well and feels secure. More room inside than I thought when I bought it.downside is that the pocket for the phone is tricky to get the phone into and the snap is not secure at all.

Thank you for the honest feedback, Barbara! Really glad the fit and the spacious interior hit the mark. The phone pocket is designed to fit most standard phones without a case, so if you are using a thicker case it can be a snug fit. Sliding the phone in screen-first sometimes helps.

Peaksta is the best
I used to have a bag which is similar to this, but it's made in China. When I put all my stuff inside I can feel that it's quite heavy but with Peaksta, it feels so light! I love it. And it has a separate compartment for cell phone which is so convenient.

Slim and compact, fits close to body.
I've only had my slim bag for about 2 weeks. So far I like it, small and compact with enough room for what I have for everyday use. It fits close to body which I like and doesn't look like a fanny pack. I have several trips planned, the main reason for buying it, and hope it fits my travel needs.

Love it! Downsides.... my phone doesn't fit in phone pocket due to my otter case.
I'm left- handed so I need to wear it "backwards" for my usual crossbow bags

Thank you, Diane! Really glad you love the bag overall. The phone pocket is designed to fit most phones without a case, so a bulkier otter case can sometimes be a tight fit. A good workaround is simply using one of the other slip pockets for your phone while keeping the case on. On the left-handed note, that is actually useful feedback we will pass along to our product team as we continue to develop new designs.

On the wallets, they are RFID-blocking wallets, designed to protect your cards from electronic pickpocketing. Just slide your cards in and they are shielded from any unauthorized scanning.
