While the resolution took a few days due to the holiday period, this is common among retailers. Well found a Ice Barrel i wanted
Well found a Ice Barrel i wanted and order this on Monday, when for the next day delivery. So on Wednesday (was expecting this at the latest) but checked tracker no info or email. I emailed the company and owner replied that there was a technical issue and have resolved the issue. When on the chat bot and all it said was there "looks like we're having some delay here.... Your order has not been sent yet"
Update: today (Thursday) with a message "Just an update: THEFRENCHBULLDOG team is currently preparing your order. Once it has been shipped, you’ll receive a separate email with the tracking number." I received the item on Friday, owner email to confirm the delivery.

Great customer service
Had an issue with a faulty Wave spa and they resolved the issue very quickly by offering a replacement, would 100% buy with them again due to the excellent customer service
