Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a vehicle from the USA for personal use through Peace Global Logistics (PGL). The vehicle was delivered with serious damage: the center console was removed, cables were cut, parts were missing, and water had entered the interior, causing corrosion and electronic problems.

The company initially promised insurance compensation, but later refused to pay and denied responsibility. Despite my request, no convincing evidence was provided to explain when or where the damage occurred.

The initial deposit was also transferred to the personal bank account of a person who presented himself as a company employee, without an official receipt from the company.

I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution before trusting this company with your vehicle or money.

PGL was really a great company 😊 Recently worked with them as we were planning to buy a car for family use, but the prices in the market were so high. That's why we decided to choose auctions for cost saving, and you believe me, PGL managed everything from buying the car to shipping it to our location. Really loved it.
