Disappointing result overall. Power unit failed within 2 months. Sent it back and they returned it to us claiming it is fixed. Same thing happened again within 2 hours. Sent it back on the promise of a new unit and they have just returned the same unit to us, damaged.

Bought through Amazon and will be getting a full refund. A bit silly considering the price of the machine and how much the shipping will have costed!

The staff I spoke with could not have been more helpful and informative. This was proper customer service rarely encountered nowadays.
I ordered and paid around midday on Friday and the device arrived the next day.
As it is a gift for my grandchild it remains unopened but is well packaged and robust.

Ordered a high end PC build with customised parts. Steve was really accommodating in adding the components I wanted and ensuring the spec was to my liking. The PC arrived with a few issues, none of which were caused by PCGamingCases, but Steve passed me on to technical support member Tiago who has been one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. All the issues were fixed in good time and they even accommodated me sending the PC back for further adjustments, all free of charge. Would HIGHLY Recommend them to anyone.

I can't praise this company highly enough. Ordered a gaming PC from them, had a few issues getting the mini screen to display the hardware monitor, but they helped me get that sorted very quickly. Then there was an issue with the SSD, a replacement one was sent out, arrived the following day and everything is purring along nicely now.

Awesome attention to detail. Placed an order for a bunch of drives that are difficult to find in stock at the moment, and really appreciated somebody reaching out to me to validate I had ordered what I'd meant to. Must have been a bit of a weird order, but I'm appreciative of them for fulfilling it. Many thanks!

Excellent customer service, issue with one of the parts but they quickly picked up, fixed and returned

Product did not come as advertised. Stated the case came with fans on the top, side and rear. This was shown on the Web page and also on the box when it was delivered. However the case only had side and rear fans, missing the ops ones. I emailed with photos the day of delivery, however it has been a week and the company has not even emailed back. Quick delivery and nice case, but did not come with everything advertised and no contact from seller.
