I’ve been using this site for years with no issue. I paid $30 for unlimited. I noticed my unlimited wasn’t even up yet but I paid for it again anyway. Low and behold, my account gets turned back to credits before I had even used it 100 times. They then sent me a email telling me I could pay $237 yearly for 1000 uses in a year. And said that I used my unlimited account too much. Lmao. Why offer unlimited if you don’t want ppl to use it?? I don’t use it 1000 times in a year so that’s a complete scam. And what about my $30 they stole? You can’t just switch policy in between customers usage without giving their money back. I’ll find another paystub company who won’t scam me!

Do not use this company never received my stubs, but my money was taken. More Scammers.

I figured this company is a scam the first day of use. Do not log out because it will kick you off the site. You will have to request another password that does not work. It isn't unlimited. It prints the incorrect information and has their logo on the check stubs which is another problem. Worst company ever!

Full of crap. Said they respond to emails and inquiries within 24 hours. It’s been 4 days and they haven’t responded yet. I’ll never use this site again

Do not use paystub direct. I made a paystub and it had the incorrect math. I contacted them but customer service is nonexistent. I have not recieved a message back.

I bought the unlimited checkstubs, which is $30. Everything was fine until I went back to try to make more stubs a few months later. I could not get into my account. The website claimed that I wasn't an existing user even though I showed them proof that I bought the unlimited stubs from their site and used them plenty of times before. This was a really good company but i'm not sure if someone took over but it is a shady company now. They even put their logo on the checks now. So when you create them perfectly, you still have to find another software to edit the photos that you just created so that their logo does not show. They are a very crappy company, with horrible customer service. It is basically non-existent. Please stay away if you do not like shady businesses.

If you want to be ripped off and get the absolute worst Cox customer service then I suggest you sign up for them and if you want even worse paycheck stub please sign up for them customer service sucked the owner emailed me several times saying he was going to get back to me and fix the problems and never did they kicked me off this site claiming I made too many paycheck stub when I was a unlimited user the tax bracket on the checks art from 1986 if you made $100 on your paycheck the taxes on it taken out it doesn't matter what state you're in are all wrong you will get completely laughed at turning in those pay stubs anywhere you go I told the owner of the site many times he never changed it he told me to sign up for his sister site called pay stubs online.com even worse they make fake paycheck stubs and fake bank statements the worst absolute quality money can buy it will do anything they can to get your business and get you to sign up only to leave you hanging dry do not believe me mark my words do not sign up for this site paystub direct.com of paychexonline.com they're all from the same guy he is a big scam artist will get you to put in your credit card number and keep trying to sell you things all the reviews on his site or fake do not I repeat do not scam beware do not purchase paystub direct.com
