Always available, very professional. No question is too small. Everything was explained very clearly and concise. Nothing was too much trouble. Felt very comfortable in asking any question no matter how small.

The company used to do very well

The company used to do very well. I think they are slacking. You send emails and they are not answering. You call and leave messages to colleagues and nothing happens.
