This company process payments and if they decide not to send them on they don’t.
They take the businesses money off their customers but don’t issue it into the business account.
You cannot talk to anyone on the telephone they don’t care if you need the funds to pay staff etc.

Total time wasters, provided all requested information and got rejected even though all information provides, they say nonsense like website is not finalised and business email is not working. Beware of them you just gonna waste 8 weeks or more if you use better go for cashflows or even Stripe

Been using paynt for almost a year through PayZing and can’t fault it. Machine is fast and works every time. The portal is great you can see every transaction and totals and money goes straight into bank. Much lower fees than I was paying before. 5 Stars

Paynt Company, and all the people who work there, are a big crony cantor! I have been waiting like 6 days for my money to be paid! No reply to emails! The most complete disregard!

Very slow to react to an application. we are a business that has been around for over 25 years and they came up with some anomaly that did not relate to us at all.
I would be very wary of this type of Company as not sure about the validity of them. Also they only offer 2 day payments and in our case told us weekly payments only. This is going back thirty years in technology. Would not touch them with a barge pole.

Brilliant, easy and prompt payment

Very good experience and would recommend Paynt. Only ever had one or two technical issues which were dealt with immediately.
The only issue we have is the statement breakdown as it just shows totals, not individual payments. However, it is possible we are doing something wrong at our end!

Simple to use, daily invoices and promt payment

After using Paynt for approximately 1 month, I have still not received the docking stations for my terminals and am still waiting on a sim card that was missing from one of the terminals. The main issue however is that I was assured that I would receive next day settlement as standard for my daily transactions. This is not happening. What is most frustrating is that Merchant Services do not even respond to my messages or emails.
