What an effort to view my payslip!!! The least user friendly system I have ever used. Difficult to navigate especially on mobile, nothing is mobile friendly. I am still waiting for my password reset email. It's not easy to contact help teams. Just disappointed.

Helpful friendly service. They are proactive and will check to see if information is correct, before processing the payroll.

Been with Paycheck for many years, always got excellent service. Process of information exchange is very simple, staff are always helpful and friendly. The costs, considering how much they do for us, is very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend!

Pay Check are a great Company, but a Company can only excel if it has dedicated, trustworthy and loyal employees. Having been with Pay Check for over a decade, my key contact, Sally Fryer, has been superb throughout her time. She always goes above and beyond, processing payrolls accurately, quickly and diligently. Sally is extremely flexible when working with complex payrolls and always has a lovely manner, even when working to tight deadlines and dealing with ad-hoc queries. Sally is an absolute pleasure to work with, always providing me with every confidence that our monthly payrolls are processed smoothly.

Sandra at Pay Check provides an excellent service. She is knowledgeable, professional, has the fastest turnaround ever and communicates the intricacies of complex payroll changes in a language that I can understand which is really important. We've been working with Pay Check for over 5 years, so having a responsive payroll provider is reassuring.

What an effort to just view my pay slip. 3 times I've had to ask for a code and the expiry time is ridiculous never had this problem with other companies. When finally after one month getting in I tried to view my pay slip in the two ways available and one said corrupt file . The other said unsupported grrr still after six weeks cannot view my payslips
