Terrible experience, was harassed for £33, threats of court action. Via text email and post, acknowledge debt little can do when paid once a month and the direct debit didn’t come out

Very helpful I was feeling depleted with debt but easy v small payments have helped me get my life back

Kept getting messaged from them saying i owe KLARNA money, I logged on klarna and says I have 0.00 outstanding. then went on individual klarna payments to learn that two of them failed. Very misleading on behalf of KLARNA!

So I went and paid the OA and t just receive another message a day later to say that I still have not paid.

So I ended up calling the law firm. Then they told me they have my old address which is weird as been ordering stuff to a new one, They said I have 57.07 OA so I said no I don't I paid you on 2.8.25. She then told me I paid under the wrong ref. no when I paid under the ref.no. she sent me lol and came back telling me they will transfer the amount under the right ref.no within 24 hours. I asked if they will carry on harassing me with texts while this is happening?

luckily the lady was nice and apologised about it, so I didn't lose my last nerve cell at the company.

Klarna should send an email or a text explaining there was a failed payment as soon as it fails, please make a payment within so and so many days due to failed payment, not leave people unknown especially when logged into the app and seeing 0.00 outstanding credit and keep receiving additional incurring costs. I had to wreck my brain to figure where the payment was missed until finally clicked on companies I purchased my items with just to see that a payment did fail! so misleading!

..and AJJB Law should be more detailed.

Very quick and easy to manage online, with a newborn there's no way I would have had time to phone but going online to sort what I needed sorting was simple :)

The worst company ever treated like an absolute criminal for £50 which was one missed payment they have sent out threatening solicitor letters and treat me like im due them millions of pounds

They send threatening letters for a "debt" owed to a company i have never used. Even the original company dont have my details!!

This company chased the wrong firm - no due diligence done just threatening letters. No answers to any emails even when put through as a formal complaint their complaints team. Have reported to SRA (say they will look into it after 45 days) and the Legal Ombudsman (say they will look into it after 14 weeks). This section of the law is like the wild west and no legitimate company should use this organisation to chase debts. AI like Garfield.ai are actually much more diligent!

Great friendly not pestering

I made a payment on my personal card to pay a work bill quickly to avoid further charges (£1,265) only to be charged a further £37.96 "cash fee" through my bank. There was no warning of this happening before I made the payment and it's never happened on any other online payment I've made so I can only assume it is AJJB who have caused it to extract extra cash.

Have just received a Court judgement stating we still owe the money that was paid via the AJJB website a month ago. Tried to call but was told they didn't have any one available to discuss the case.

AJB Law were very understanding of my circumstances and offered a lot of support with an affordable payment plan, I always found them pleasant to deal with and always eager to assist me in re paying my debt.I would recommend definitely.

These are the second people who have written to me about a debt that I do not believe that I owe to BT, threatening court action. (The first people gave up when I explained). The reference number on the letter and my correct postcode was rejected by their website, so I could go no further. Have emailed them, no reply yet.

Would you beleive it? I have just had a reply stating that they were unable to open an attachment in standard Microsoft .DOCX format. Throws competence further into question.

Still no response to my emails. I have to say that the scream of the 'scamometer' is rising in pitch. I clearly can make no certain accusations, but am coming to entertain the possibility that they have bought up a dodgey third-hand debt and are trying to make money out of it with threats of court action.

My advice to anyone who gets a letter from these people would be to question -very carefully- the grounds for any demand they make.

I have just had a response from these people. They do seem to have managed to open the alternatively formatted document I send them. They now say "We have sent the information regarding your query to our client so they can review the details and provide us with an update on how to proceed." I am thinking that it may be BT rather than Payajjb that is at fault here.

I shall update this on developments.

this company will harass you day in day out literally every single day, luckily i just ignore every single email their emails are full of empty threats threatening to take you to court been waiting on you taking me to court for the last 2 years 🤣🤣🤣 would cost them more in court fees and they know it!! get it up yous you aren’t getting a single penny from me you utter SCUM 🖕

This company keeps harassing me for a debt that is not mine. I have asked them numerous times to provide me with information regarding this debt and proof of my liability however they repeatedly ignore my request.

Great option to repay debt. Have been struggling with money lately but the option of repayment is a great eay to get back on track. Honestly though, just looking forward to settle this debt 😩
