An ontario canada-based company a total rip off. These people are scam artist. They take your money, claim that they delivered your item but you actually never received anything from them. Never buy anything from this website. Unfortunately PayPal sided with them and I was ripped off for $32 and some change.

I canceled my order before it shipped since it took over 1 month to hear anything from them. They shipped anyway. When arrived it was junk..not at all similar to the picture or description of the item. They were not responsive to emails. I’m currently working with my pay source to get a refund.

Order took over a month to arrive and when I finally received the item it looked nothing like the pics promoted on the website. Website also claims that they have 5 stars on trustpilot. smh

I ordered dog boots that had a zipper to facilitate putting them on the dog and then zipping up. Three weeks after ordering they sent a dog boot with a velcro strap closure. Not what I ordered. Tried contacting them three times with no response.

Paid them and never got product. Looks like a scam company, like others have reported.

I ordered a dog jacket over 2 weeks ago and paid extra for express shipping. Still no jacket and no updates. Emails to the company only resulted in form letter responses. Disappointed.

This place is a scam. They take your money and never ship or respond to emails. Don’t buy anything from them. File a dispute with your credit card company and shut them down

Absolutely awful. They didn’t ship within their stated shipping policy. I had to contact them several weeks after my order to ask for an update, only then did they ship. But they sent the completely wrong item, in 9XL instead of XS. They refuse to issue a refund, so I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

They say they are in California- but everything ships from China! I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks now for my order
And if I ever get it and need to return it I fear it will be impossible! AVOID this company - it may be a scam

This company is just a fake scam for a Chinese company. Their web page says they offer full refund and have a California address. But I ordered something, it was shipped from China with a label from an entirely different company. I needed to exchange what I bought. I emailed them and 5 days later an entirely different company returned my email saying I would have to sent my item to China to get a refund and it would be too expensive. They told me to keep the item( which is useless to me) and they’d give me 10% off my next purchase. So, I was scammed. I’m writing this to hopefully protect the next trusting stooge.
