The recommended filter for my product is not the correct filter. Customer service told me to cut the filter to fit into the fountain. I did not receive my full order and have emailed 7 times to request a return. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a cat fountain and received the wrong fountain. Plus parts for the one I ordered and the one they sent so I can’t use it because the parts don’t fit together. Tried emailing and calling-phone numbers on the website don’t get you anywhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I had never even heard of this company yet they took £54.95 and said I had signed up for a loyalty program. Never even been on the site.
SCAMMERS!!! Reported to fraud team at my bank.

Great quality harnesses, fit brilliantly on my 3 border collies, can't wait to order some of the new ones 😃😃😃❤️

I wish id searched and read reviews before purchasing from this site (paw pals shop.com) after making a payment I received NO CONTACT and NO ITEM. Its a FAKE website and a SCAM to take your money. Wouldve rated it zero stars if had the choice.

Avoid at all costs, clearly a company who take your money and run. Over priced products for cheap looking items, send out incorrect size to what you ordered and then ignore you.

Opening a claim via my bank and will be sure to leave these con artists reviews wherever I can

If there was a place for no stars I would have gone there. I've given this an undeserved ONE star. Only having paid for the goods did I then discover they were coming from abroad and could take up to 5 weeks to arrive. I'm still waiting.

Nowhere on their website dies it say where they are based nor does it say that orders are shipped from a country outside of the UK. They refuse to say where they are shipped from. I wouldn't have ordered had I known this.

Was delivered in 3wks over Christmas which was not bad ,was really disappointed In the Pawcler Hooded Gilet , very cheap quality fit not the best would fit better with ties at bottom round waist , it's very open at the back , the quality very poor material stiching like a kid done it ,the badge is massive looks so bad , very cheap looking too , bought the RtX reflective jacket last year which was 10 fold on this Pawcler Hooded Gilet wish a had just bought the rtx reflective jacket again , now a would be very hesitant about buying from here now due too not knowing if going too be be cheap rubbish and it's a long wait for delivery a paid 43 for Pawcler Hooded Gilet , wouldnt pay 10 pounds for it now that seen in person with my own eyes , got a email asking my thoughts , so thought ad give my honest opinion and not trying put the site down just my honest thought s or wouldnt have even bothered with this review

Anyway what a can say is the RtX jacket worth it ,just wish a had got another after my dog out grew last year

Ordered a dog harness for a medium size dog paid £22 it came the size you would buy for a puppy it was very small and cheap looking I have tried to email them with no reply I will never order again hopefully I will get a refund but not looking likely

paid almost a £100 for a dog collar, could of got it from china for £30 but wanted a uk based shop so i could have it in a few days and the quality would be good which led me to pawpals they say they are based in loughborough however cant supply a uk contact n.o are online only will only communicate though facebook messenger and its been almost 4 weeks and still no collar they tell me theyve ordered it from overseas well i could of done this myself, scandalous when stores say they are uk based but cant provide a uk contact n.o for customer service just wrong
