First I must disagree with the 477 positive reviews.
Questions-
1. why does the company give the impression that it was founded n NYC in the ‘60s? Photos on their website
2. If that holds true, being located in NYC, for a return , why does it need to be mailed to the UK? You can find this information under the return policy
3. Why does one need an authorization e mail to return a product?
4. The authorization turn time is 24 hours which has not been my case… no answer is my case as the tactic is to run out the clock on the strict 30 day from receipt rules.
5. A men’s blazer was literally plastic fabric! I recall that in the website I could not find a section about product details and fabric components ( FYI- that is illegal as gov regulations require disclosure of fabric content and country of origin). And now I’ve discovered why that was. Experience is the master of all learning.
I’ll let you arrive at your own conclusions but unsure how 477 folks had good experiences based on my 5 points listed above most especially the fabric quality.

Took over a month to get item
Took over a month to get item, with tracking always saying in transit but no location. Needed for a birthday. Ended up buying from amazon 2 days before bithday and got item, better quality than one from paulswardrobe. Dont bother shopping with them, and customer service sucks, phone nothing but busy signals and emails came after the item finally arrived. They suck!!!!! Thanks amazon they saved the day.
