First and foremost i would like to thank the whole team for excellent support and care. I would like to commend the team for standing by me during the whole journey and finding me the nearest and earliest date for my test. I would also like to thank Mr Aamir my driving instructor who was very supportive and help me improve every day and the best part was he was always there and scheduled his timetable as per my requirements thank you some much. My 1st choice.

Everyone knows how difficult it is to get a test date here by our own and it's not a surprise if you get a date 6 months away, coupled with a really hard to pass driving test we might need at least 2 try to get the licence. That's a lot of time to get a driving license, if you try to book the on your own.

I found Pass Faster after reading a lot of reviews and I got to experience their wonderful service everyone praising about. They are extremely helpful and cares about our preferences. They always helped me to book a test within 2 weeks in my preferred time window. That is convenient beyond what I expect, where there's no hope in getting a test within a month.

So today I passed first time at norris green with only 3 minor dfs I couldn't of done it without my instructor jaimie maloney what a brilliant instructor she is very friendly and gives u confidence I'm so greatfull thankyou so much I would highly recommend jaimie

My son has just passed his driving test through PassFaster in 1 month.
Very efficient communication and advice when needed (this was all new to me) through calls and text.
They helped me find a theory test where my son was working away at a convenient time to save waiting untill he was back home.
Ayub (driving instructor) was great with communication and booking dates and times on weekends. Ayub stopped to chat and advised me of things my son could practice in his own car between lessons which was really helpful. My son really enjoyed his lessons with Ayub.

I have just passed my driving test with PassFaster and I would definitely 100% recommend, they found me an instructor within a few weeks of contacting them and they was very helpful throughout the whole course, the driving instructor was so patience and very respectful whilst I was driving which helped in my opinion, the service from PassFaster themselves was also very polite, every time I had a enquiry they always answered and provided plenty of information. I wouldn’t bother, not expecting anything as they’ve already told me there’s nothing they can do now but just so others are aware their communication is shocking.
I paid for a theory test as part of the deposit which never materialized and was never given the information on how to redeem this.
I paid £216 it took almost a year for an instructor to be found for me, that wasn’t the issue, I was told that they were working on it. Once one was found I had an assessment lesson, which I was under the impression that this was included in the deposit, but I paid the instructor directly, fine no problem. He then told me the company would be in touch to arrange the intensive course with my availability. Couple of months later I became concerned I’d had no contact and got in touch with Pass Faster who said there must have been some miscommunication, and they would contact the instructor. He got in touch but told me he doesn’t do intensive courses, and can only offer 2h lessons a week, I went with that as it had taken so long to even find the instructor. After a few months of having lessons, he then told me he wouldn’t be able to offer me weekend lessons as he prefers to work in the week, I told him I have two jobs in the week and didn’t physically have the time to fit in lessons and had to call it. In this time, I’d not heard from the company once. I’d contacted them so say that I wasn’t offered an intensive course as I’d booked, and I might as well have just found an instructor myself. Granted it’s been a while since I’ve tried resolving this, but I just feel like 216 is a lot of money to waste and have nothing to show for it. So, I got in touch with the company again to discuss see if anything could be done, I got a phone call basically saying tough s*** and deposits are nonrefundable. I was told that I’d had ONE message asking me to confirm how many hours I was being offered a week, I don’t recall seeing this message and I’ve changed phones twice since the message was supposed to be sent and I’ve had a look for this message nothing is on my phone, I have no idea what numbers they came from, if they were WhatsApp or message. I was also told that the deposit goes towards finding the instructors and continued support, £216 for a handful of initial text messages and then radio silence, no follows up, and if the so-called message was sent after hearing one of your clients isn’t having the experience expected wouldn’t you have thought a follow up would be necessary. I do want to say that the instructor they found be was great and very patient but just schedules didn’t really fit and I would have thought that as I’d booked an intensive course they would have been aware from the beginning that this wasn’t what he offered.

Cannot fault this company . Restarted lessons with Pass Faster after 7 months due to bad nerves and an instructor (in a different company) that had made me even more unsure of my driving abilities . Was assigned to Len, who went above and beyond to settle my nerves and make me feel confident about my driving again . Could not recommend Len enough , he was 10/10 and I will miss our lessons!

My son had his first lesson in his 17th birthday and passed his test 6 days later !!! Thanks to the dedication and excellent guidance from his instructor Susi !! Would definitely recommend it’s worth the money!

This is literally the first review I’ve done in trust pilot and usually I can’t be bothered but feel I need to put any negative thoughts to bed about these guys…

Sonia, Natalie & Aamir made the whole process so easy. I booked 10 hours and a test. Completed the hours with expert advice from Aamir.. had to wait around 2/3 weeks for a test which is amazing considering the 5/6 month waitlist usually!

Passed my test this morning thanks to these guys!

Got a test booked in within less than a month, had multiple times where I needed to change times / dates and they instantly looked for more dates for me.

The price is worth every penny considering how long it can actually take to get a test now days.

I would like to say a big thank you to pass faster team. They have supported me throughout the process from booking lessons and assigning me a driving instructor to sorting out my theory and practical test. Unfortunately I did not manage to pass my test first time with them due my own error, however they have quickly organised me another slot which was not even a month away from my first attempt where I have passed my exam with only 3 minors.

The ladies in the office are absolutely fantastic, go above and beyond to make your life easier and are also very engaging in your progress. My instructor Muhammad ayub is highly recommended, very easy to get along with and always offers great advice.

What a great experience! After an initial driving assessment to see how many hours were required, I had an instructor (Mike) assigned to me while Sonia and the team booked me a test at my chosen test centre. Everything went perfectly and I passed first time! Many thanks everyone, for everything!
