My experience with Pass Expert has been truly amazing, I would highly recommend. Abid goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are 100% happy.

Took the hassle out of finding a test and sorted an experienced instructor to help get our lad a decent pass. Took time to understand our needs and agree the right package. Communication was good, kept us informed every step of the way.

My experience with Pass Expert has been absolutely incredible from the start to finish. I called Abid when I had absolutely no clue on how to get driving. He assured that I was being looked after and explained everything to me step by step. First off he found me an instructor that suited my personal likes. He made sure that my instructor was suitable for me and even gave me the chance to change if I wanted to. Abid has extremely high standards in terms of driving instructors. He promised me the best and definitely did not fail to deliver. He then made sure he booked my theory promptly and kept me in the loop with dates and procedures to ensure I fully understood the process. Abid checked in before and after my theory to wish me luck and congratulate me. Abid even gave me revision guides to help me pass my theory. After that he then started the process of booking the practical test. Although the gap for finding test dates was small at the time, Abid made it his mission to find me a perfect test suited to my diary. He constantly kept me in the loop with how and what he was doing to book my test. I can hand on heart say that Abid has exceeded my expectations. With quick replies, brilliant customer service and amazing results. He has taken away all the stress that normally comes with learning to drive. if you want to pass your test then you can assure to leave all trust in the hands of Abid, with his amazing years of experience and knowledge you can rest assured that he will always do what’s best for you no matter what. Amazing man, amazing experience, Quick results. I recommend anyone to pass expert that wants to start driving as this experience has been better then I ever imagined.

Pass expert focus on your driving need...so be honest and express what you need clearly. People are different and prefer different teaching approaches. I needed someone who is knowledgeable, believe in the student despite mistakes sometimes and who will be frank with me. Pass expert help with this instructor. I passed first time after 12hours lessons. Got my test when I needed. My instructor told me I got a chance even when I was making serious fault on the last lessons which afterward will be my test. So you see is not about passing mock test 3 times but just believing that you got a chance and you should make it count. Demonstrate your skills carefully and you will pass

Abid, you offer an extremely helpful and supportive service with a clear understanding of your customers needs. I was contacted with every update and given lenience with my financial situation. The flexibility allowed me to fit lessons in with my busy schedule and the instructor i was assigned has a clear passion for his job. i was unable to finish my course due to personal situations but Abid has allowed me to pause and i will be continuing to use his services in the near future.

I contacted pass expert following wanting to drive quickly and “pass fast”. Please avoid. I was “matched” based on “personality” with a driving instructor. The first couple or block lessons were okay with no issues. However, on completing my first few block hours, my driving instructor which was provided by pass expert was racist, sexist, made us nearly crash into a car by putting down the acceleration whilst waiting at a junction with oncoming traffic and provided such an unpleasant, uncomfortable learning environment which subsequently impacted on my learning due to anxiety. I contacted pass expert to request a new instructor which I thought considerably fair through what I had experienced. At first he attempted to “resolve” the issue by advising he would speak with the instructor and requested essentially I give him another chance and it may be due to a “indifference” in personality? I advised I had him on voice recording being racist and nearly crashing during this lesson when it was agreed an alternative instructor would be sourced. For weeks I was given false hope on dates they would have an update, to which I am still waiting for. They still have not found another instructor. I have messaged regarding their lack of professionalism and their duty to provide a service in which I paid though they have read and not responded to me. If your wanting a pass fast course avoid.

This Company have been unbelievably helpful and accommodating after being put in an unfortunate position with another company. I was looking for an intensive driving course with such short notice and Abid did everything in his power to make that happen for me, not only this, but also speaking thoroughly through plans so I completely understand the course and making sure I feel comfortable with every step. Couldn’t reccomend them enough.

Abid has been great and I can't fault him at all. He put me in touch with an excellent driving instructor, has kept me updated all the way, has always been very responsive and is clearly committed to ensure you are happy throughout the whole process. Without him, I definitely would not have been able to get a test date as quick as he managed to.

I’d give this service 100 stars if I could Abid is excellent with his customer services made me feel so welcome every step of the way I got that vibe from him as soon as I got on the phone that he was a Genuine guy and really wanting to help me pass my test. As I was 38 and had lessons 10 years ago, done a bit of driving here and there but I’d always drove a motorbike. I’ve kept putting it off and putting it off and lacked a bit of confidence in thinking Will I ever pass my test? Though after speaking with Avid He gave me the confidence boost I needed and after coming off that first phone call with him I thought this is the time and this is the right service provider. I can do this. So I went away thought about it and booked with Pass Expert - Making Driving Easy and as It says in the title It did make driving easy for me and every step of the way Abid was there asking me how my lessons went. If I needed anything he’d send it to Me. I feel this service is few and far between these days a gas its own personal touch. Also Abid Gave me an instructor Marius that was really compatible with me. We got on so well and in the short space of a month and a bit I passed my test and I’m so happy that I Chose this company and Would recommend them to anyone 10/10 I can’t fault it One bit Thank you again to give him my independence of driving on the road. It made me so happy and give me the confidence boost I needed now I don’t have to drive in the wet And cold on my motorbike , I can have the heating on and keep warm and dry thank you again kind regards , Lawrence

I would give 10 🌟 if this would be possible. Brilliant service from start to finish.
Abid have been really helpful, great costumer service, patience, i really can't find a fault on what he is doing.He have helped my wife to get her driving licence in a bit over a month finding the right driving instructor Tony (a really great instructor)and being in contact with us and instructor all the time.
On top of that we received a cookie 🍪 with a congratulations message from the school after passing the test.
