Parts weren’t delivered. Paid for 2nd day air and never got it. Talked to someone about it and said they would investigate but never heard back. Now I get no response. Needed the parts or would have had to close my restaurant on a Friday night. Ended up driving an hour to Pittsburgh. So this crap company ended up costing me.

I still have not received the parts I ordered. It was a set or burners for my blodgett oven. I only received the right burner. No one has answered my emails and I have no word when the remaining burner will arrive or even if it will arrive.

Update: I still have not received the burner that I paid for. The only contact has been an email asking for pictures of the package when I received it. I did not take pictures as there was no a evidence of damage. This, I have told them, twice! Still no resolution. It was an expensive set of burners. They have stolen my money and refused to make it right. I am NOT a satisfied customer

The parts were reasonably priced but when I only got one of the two heating elements I ordered and paid 2nd day delivery fee didn’t receive the second for a week and didn’t get reimbursed the rush fee I was left pretty disappointed.

Fast turn around, immediate call back and very happy with the part!!

Wrong item had to spend money to ship it back and they don’t even have the correct item.

No idea where our order is. No way to check tracking or the status, and I keep getting emails asking how we did, when we haven’t even revived our part.
