This website is Genuine and I received the original hero product which is rare and no where available in Bengaluru. Product is shipped very next day after placing the order and live tracking ID is provided which is very helpful. Prices are reasonable and I recomend this website purchasing bike parts.

I have ordered 2 products one winker relay and headlight visor for splendor pro costing 1150.
Send me head light visor of splendor plus black which cost 595.
And winker relay was missing.
Pure Fraud.
Better to buy from market

Ordered a part on 8/6/24 and Rex’s on 21/6/24 was wrong part then described on website. The Customer Care is the only person on line and he has no support. The company is a fraud buying and selling from local vendors for a good margin. All website policies are false. Their timings are wrong. WhatsApp platform is self reply no updates. They are cheating people. They do not keep up with their commitments.

They do not give refund but make their customers run.

I am the new scape goat in their shammy/shady business. I ordered mirror for my Karizma ZMR, they sent me Karizma R mirror, which does not even fit my vehicle.
When I asked for a replacement, they are asking me to ship the part back to them first with my expenses and when the actual requested part is available in stock, they will initiate the replacement.

Customer service is pathetic, they do not respond at all and if you are lucky and get connected to them via phone, they are rude and try to avoid any questions you ask.

I wish I had an option to give negative rating than 1 star.

Fraud and Scam Company They Cheated me and made upsell of additional product which was not at all required I figured it out immediately after making payment and told them to cancel my order as shipment had not even left their premises.

Now as I have asked refund they said they will refund money in 24 hours which never comes it’s already 1 month and now they have stopped responding to my calls and messages.

this company its fake they are not responding to call and refund not doing and not getting material delivery

Ordered on 24th Apr 2024. Even after 11 days, system says partially shipped.
Customer care is of no use. You won't be able to connect using their phone number. And even if you do, they will say that order delayed due to some reason but will be shipped in couple of days. But that's lie.
BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS

Totally harrasment. I've ordered indicator for my bike from their site and after 10 days I haven't received that and not getting any updates regarding that . Called their customer care number and they give me tracking I'd and that also doesn't work . I think they are fraud and I've lost my 589rs in scam . I suggest that not to order anything from them.

I had ordered mirrors online, they collected full amount plus delivery charges, they send only right mirror and they didnot send me left mirror and now they are saying that we cannot do anything, we can refund for 1 mirror. Its same like you order shoes and they send you one shoe and tell you the other is not available, we will refund for 1 shoe. Whats the use as the same mirror is also not available locally, so I had to buy 2 new mirrors locally and had to throw this single mirror and also refund I am asking for last 2 months, not yet received. Be aware they are fraud, its better you buy it locally.

I am satisfied with the quality of the product and would consider purchasing from them again in the future. However, I hope POW can improve their shipping times for a better customer experience.

Service of this part on wheel website is worst. They don't response properly to the customer. They sent me wrong product and told me to send return that parcel. They took almost 2 months for refund process and they didn't give me courier charges amount back.

If possibe, try to buy parts from service center rather than buying from this website.
