Non Settlement of challan despite Payment
I paid to these guys for settling a traffic violation fine challan payment which had gone to court as i had not received any intimation regarding this violation and only came to know about it at the time when my cars re registration was due in two months.I had paid to the about twice the fine amount as they had quoted legal fees and there commission.I was willing to pay this amount as they had assured that the settlement would be done within two weeks but to my utter dismay,The settlement is still pending and its more than two months and they keep saying that it would be settled in a couple of days and they have repeated this four times Now!!. Refrain from entrust your money with them as they don't have even a proper phone number for communication and everything is only through mail.Now,i will have to travel,pay the amount myself and even incur late payment charges for delay in re registration and the money paid to these cheaters is as good as gone.
