I live in Devon, so am limited in choice of cars for sale. I saw a car I really liked at Parkland Motors. Fedz was very helpful at video recording it for me, showing any little scratches or dinks and engine up close, at eight years old I wasn't expecting brand new, but it looked really nice. I had it delivered at my place of work, and I was really happy with inside and bodywork, even better than expected. They took my car in part exchange no problem. Unfortunately when I was driving the car home it developed quite a bad vibration. Sadly I decided I would have to send it back. Fedz was now on leave, so I was dealing with Ash, who said I could take it to my garage and they would cover the cost of repair, or they would pick it up, fix it and drop it to me back home. I was very tempted as it was just the car I wanted, but decided I didn't want a car that started out faulty. Ash was very understanding. I have to say that Fedz and Ash were always available on the phone or phoned me back as promised, which meant a great deal to me, can't fault their service. Having got all my money back, if they had another suitable car that fitted the bill I would have bought it. Unfortunately they have nothing suitable at the moment, so I'm still looking.
