I was unhappy that I received a parking ticket in a garage that I paid $53.00 to park in. The Customer service representatives were able to resolve the issue within a 48-hour timeframe. However, it was an inconvenience to have to call, then write an email to explain that I should not have been issued a ticket. When I did call instead of assisting the customer service representative argued the fact instead. I would say the customer service was not up to the standard of expectation.
