Reservations were easy, payment was easy. Everything worked the way it was supposed to.

Easy to set up. All the negative reviews seem to be about specific garages, not the actual parking.com site. I got event parking in downtown Pittsburgh for half the cost if I'd paid at the garage, it worked without any problems. Would definitely try again

Great price, great location for the venue and hotel we were going to be at. Garage clean and safe and easy to navigate around.

Your site was easy to use. But the directions could use some distinction. The site never told us that the garage was under ground. We drove around for twenty minutes before we found out that it was under ground. More clarity in exactly where the garage is would be helpful. Other than that the experience was good one for our first visit to Pittsburgh. Thank you.

Parked here instead of over priced hotel parking

Prepaid online worked well. However, No QR code as stated. Called the number successfully and was told that my license plate would be scanned upon entry and exit. That works fine. Tapped the"Directions"link On the instructions and it took me directly to the parking lot which otherwise was not easily found. I felt safe. Price was half the amount I usually pay for Pens game. As a season-ticket holder I will definitely use this again. Liz

We had a parking pass for us steel towers in Pittsburg, for Billie elish bought the pass a week before the show it was a block from the hotel we where staying at go to park and the parking attendant said the lot was full and would not honor our parking pass. Messed part of our evening up

Overall good experience parking here. I’m from out of town so this was our first time using this facility. I did some research on the location which helped to locate the entrance. Would definitely use again because of it being convenient for an event at the PPG Arena. GO PENS!!

Great location. Great price. Waling distand to any game or hotel downtown. Easy check in through app. Checkout, just drive through. $40 for Valet at hotel. $10- $13 overnight here.

The price was reasonable and it was so easy to enter and exit, that I wasn't certain I was okay to park. There's no scanning a QR code or a arcade, as stated in the app, so you may want to reword that info.

I had an issue that I need it to change my times and nobody answer the phone number on the website nor the cancelation option worked. I did the cancelation and it say to confirm it, but after that it will just go back to the previous screen. I had to get a ticket and pay again at the garage pay station. Not a very nice experience at all.

The event rate onsite was $15. I prepaid $15.50 plus $8 since I exited 20 minutes late … so paid $23 instead of $15. Garage was rather empty.

Good alternative! Easy to use and convenient

Scanning didn't work to get in the garage. Tried calling number in email and the number on the machine. Neither worked. Had to take a ticket, wouldn't allow me refund online. So I got double charged.
