Very “User Friendly” app that makes finding a Parking Spot & paying for that Parking Spot a BREEZE!

Very pricey and subpar app compared to others
Very pricey, was visiting a friend who lives in the Pennsylvanian and was shocked to see $8.50 an hr charge. Outrageous price to charge. There should be visitor parking for residents. Additionally there was no option to extend that I could easily find. I got notice the parking expired but no option to add time. I live in Miami area and the parking apps down here are much more user friendly, more economically priced. Shame that it’s cheaper to park down the street and walk over to visit someone.

Need better parking attendants
I have received 3 tickets even though I paid. The tickets are issued for the incorrect license plate. The incorrect plate number is even listed on the ticket. I have had to dispute them all and show proof of the paid parking transaction. You need better employees to correctly identify and enter license plates…it cant be that hard to get it right!
