On the check o02/29/24
On the check out, took me over 30 minutes to get out of the garage. The check out machines would not work and the gate would not open until I had to give away my personal phone number, email, license plate and talk to the guy on intercom that I could hardly understand.No life person around to help or to pay cash to. Later in the evening, downtown Portland, all I Wanted is to get out of there as soon as possible, yet parking issue took over 30 minutes and in the end, I paid as much as a friend who parked in a different parking lot.
Instead of apologizing for such a huge inconvenience, the guy kept saying he can’t open the gate until I pay, although it was not my problem…!!!!
