TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE APP, SCAMMERS!
I have put off writing this review until after Parking.com responds to me email, but apparently they want my review first. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE APP, SCAMMERS. I prepaid for parking from 7:00-11:00. Arrived at the facility at 7:05. Wasted 15 min trying to find a barcode to scan, tried calling the 24-7 phone number. Nothing worked. Had to PAY again for parking. 2 hours later, the barcode arrived in my app. A bit late and unusable. I reached out to parking.com for a refund since their app didn’t work, they didn’t answer the phone and I had to pay double for parking. No response. But hey, they keep asking for me to review them, so now you get the review. Maybe next time answer my email and take care of your customers instead of ignoring and stealing their money. Thanks. I’ll never use any parking lot you associate with again.
