Parking was not well marked, it was not clear ti me that we even parked in the correct place.

Getting a pre-paid parking spot at this lot was very easy. Input date, start time, end time, license plate and pay. I didn't need to take time making a payment at the kiosk when I got there, and I don't have a "smart" phone so I can't pay through a phone app. Being able to pay ahead of time and print the pass at home was convenient, too.

First I tried the app, then just scan the qr code. Finally was able to pay. Wanted to extend, but the app, nor the link in the text message would allow me to do that. Finally went to the web address and could extend my stay. Worked hard to give you more money

$10 for 1 hour of parking is insanity

I was charged more than the listed price. In addition, you provide no service, but reap funds from public resources that should never be privatized in the first place. Your company should not exist, and I hope it burns to the ground. Cheers.

Multiple cards didn’t work. Everything was flat rate so why pick hour

The website to pay was not user friendly. First it took our info but kept freezing and we had to start over. The process took over 30 TO PayFOR PARKING!!!
it it had just been a issue with mine maybe a user error but my sister was also using the same lot and had the same experience. It should not be that hard to pay to park. VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING

Directions for use for out of town er was very confusing. I wanted 2 hours and was evidently 2 days for $20+. I didn't want to mess with it any longer so I just left it after several attemps.

Good experience when I called the number. The women I spoke with was fantastic.

Added a $0.99 fee to the service and it was the only way to pay - yet the sign said parking was $10.00. Really annoyed at the bait and switch. Why can't the fee be part of the payment?

Also - don't like having to download an app in a parking lot - uses my limited data. Fine for someone who parks in a particular place regularly. Enough to make you never want to go down town.

Easy and quick to use. I got a reminder text near the end of the parking time with an opportunity to lengthen the time if needed.
