Horrible experience and could not be solved with multiple other cars backing up and the person on the phone was clueless that the machine was not accepting my multiple cards and paying for my daughter in line first and then myself second. She didn't care that I explained everything to her about the several cars build up in tow and how the machine was not accepting my cards. She finally sent me the code to process the charge to my phone but still didn't send one for my vehicle that followed! I had to go through the line again except this time it worked but cost me more money than the phone code style. I would like a phone call and refund of all my charges for this massive embarrassment and horrible customer service. If you can not provide an attendant, then you should shut down the parking lot after hours. 727-642-3546. Dr. Christopher J. Mazza
