There was no option besides the smart phone. Our phones had gone dead and we couldn’t get out until our phones recharged

Don’t park in this lot!
The garage was far from the Hilton and not easy to walk to. I had to walk in the dark through the alley. For the distance, poor accessibility no lighting it was not worth the very high cost.

Your scan system is not as user friendly as you think.
I attended a work event on Wednesday 10/16 and was given a code to validate my parking. The code did not work. I tried it multiple times and had cars lining up behind me and finally had to pay with my credit card. The whole scan system is not as user friendly as you think. In this case it caused me stress and frustration… and cost me $$.

Discount parking
Discount parking for attending a conference. Put in my code for the discount & the first day it worked. They saved my card but the second day I was charged full price.

Would appreciate more options
I didn't have any issues with the process. However, I would've like to have an opton to to NOT use my smart phone or QR code. Having only one option to be forced into doesn't feel good as a consumer and also it isn't my first choice. I would've preferred an option to pay with cash.
