Rate not as advertised
Garage was easy to access and convenient. However, they posted a $12 pre-paid event rate, but actually charged $14. Worse, they have not responded to my inquiries about why that was the case.
UPDATE - As a result of my initial review, the garage management has reached out to me. They are taking this seriously and investigating why there was a problem in the first place. I would use that garage again if I need parking in that area.

I paid 12.99 for a parking pass
I paid 12.99 for a parking pass, but when I got to the parking garage, there were no clear directions stating how to use the pass. I held the QR code to the reader, and it said it was not readable. A man who worked at the garage told me to take the ticket, and use the code on my way out. When I left the garage, I followed the directions (using the ticket first, and then the QR code from the prepaid parking) and again it told me the code was not readable. I ended up needing to pay for the parking, which was an additional 15.00. So I ended up paying for parking twice, and spent over 10 minutes trying to get out of the parking garage.

Difficult to use and no clear signage
First of all, the address for the garage led my party to a different garage. When we arrived at the correct garage, we tried to scan our QR code, but it was not scanning. After calling the support line, we were told to take a ticket and then scan the QR code upon exiting. There was no clear signage to do this. When exiting, the QR code still didn’t work (even with the brightness turned up). We were let out of the garage after calling the support line. After that experience, I’d not recommend parking with parking.com in the future.
