Very convenient

Paid for parking through app. Froze and never showed proof of purchase. Had to pay again through kiosk on site. So paid twice to park once.

Scanned QR code completed purchase online but could not get ticket to print from kiosk with purchase order number. Had to make second purchase from kiosk to get ticket to print to place in windshield. Had to specify how many hours you would be there. Same price for 1 hr as 8 hrs.

Very easy to use. Wish allowed more time, but was food.

I’m not from around here but i can tell you i think it’s ridiculous that we have to pay for parking ??? like you don’t make enough money as it is you need scam people too . You know everyone needs to park so you literally don’t give us the option . We pay for parking or you’re a jerk and tow the car .

On the sign outside- it stated $18.00- however the charge is $18.99

App says one thing and the sign says something else for the same price it was confusing

I only wanted two hours but was still charged 18.99 for a whole day. That’s ridiculous. I even tried to change my time to add more since it was going to charge me for a whole day and it wouldn’t let me.

The lot was pretty enter and exit. The kiosks was not as easy or quick to use. It would not be safe after dark to have cash or cards displayed.

Easy to pay via their website, and to extend online without walking back to the car. Clean, well maintained lot. Only problem is you pay for the full day only if you just want a few hours. But works if spending the night inba local hotel that charges to park.

Paying for the parking was easier than I thought. Reasonable price for the time allotted.

It took too long to get set up in the system, it was way overpriced, and it would not allow me to select 1 hour parking. Total let down. Not convenient at all.

I purchased 4 hrs for 15.99 which was great. I then had to extend my stay to an additional hr and had to pay another 15.99. I feel like I should have been given the opportunity to add the time without charge when the sign read 15.99 per day. But as to not be rushed out of my sister's wedding I reluctantly paid the additional fee.
