Availability of parking spots & easy scan with QR or barcodes. & fast customer representative response.
Very easy process
Very easy process. We were able to book parking a few minutes before our arrival.

I normally have a good experience but on the last one, the lot and entry method was not as described. I had to park someplace else. I had asked for a refund, thru e-mail, twice and still haven’t heard anything. Acknowledging that you have received my e-mail is the least you could do.
Convenient and cost effective
The location was convenient and cost was lower booking through parking.com. Check in and out were easy with scanned code. Most of the spots available were reserved, so had to drive to 7th floor.
Mixed review
I have a mixed experience to report. I reserved a spot near Navy Pier during a DNC event on a Saturday evening. On my way into the lot, the scanner would not read my QR code, no matter what I did. I pressed the Call Attendant button repeatedly. Finally someone replied and admitted me, after asking me for every bit of information on my reservation. OK, entering the lot could have been so much easier.
But at the end of the night as I was pulling up to the gate, I saw my QR code disappear from my phone. Why? My time just expired. I pressed the attendant button and after giving every bit of information on my reservation, the attendant raised the gate and let me exit without an added charge. For that I am grateful. So again, a mixed experience.

Relatively clean parking garage
Relatively clean parking garage. Reasonably spaced cars. Easy to get in. I recommend it for Navy Pier area parking.
Why not a 5 star? Exiting by crossing from the uphill to the downhill lane NOT well marked. The guy in front of me took more than 5 minutes to get his app to work so he could enter the garage. Mine took about 1 minute. Process took too long.
Tricked!
I used the app for the first time. Paid in advance to park in a lot near Navy Pier. Everything seemed to be going well until I attempted to exit the lot. Inside the lot I couldn't get internet connection and access my QR code to open the gate. I pushed the help button and a lady came on and asked me many questions, which I answered. She then said the only way I could leave was if I paid for a lost ticket. i initially paid $14 for 3 hours of parking, which I thought was a very good deal. In the end I then had to pay $100 for a lost ticket to exit, because there was no internet access!!! Outrageous!!!!!!!

No enough instructions
No enough instructions. The code didn't work, we spoke with 3 different people to get help. Expensive for a Wednesday.

Easy Access
I liked being able to choose my time and knowing that a space was available. Paying ahead of time made for easy access in and out.

Parking directions inadequate. READ REVIEW before you go to park.
I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that it took us 20 minutes to get into the parking garage. I scanned my QR code and the gate did not rise. I called the parking.com number and they told me to press the call button on the scanner machine to get help. I already did that, but I was told to give them more time to answer. So back to the entrance I drove. Still no answer. I pressed the button 20 times and nothing. I saw there was a phone number on the sign next to us. I called that number and no answer. I called parking.com again and they put me on hold trying to get someone to answer. After 20 minutes and a line of cars behind me, someone walked up and told me that once you scan the ticket, you need to pull up to the garage door for it to open up. This worked. There is no sign posted that tells one to do this. I have never had to pull up to the closed garage door after scanning my ticket to get the door to open. After parking and walking to the venue, I passed the parking garage entrance and noticed a car at the scanner with the driver looking confused. I told him what happened to me and I let him know to pull up to open the door. He thanked me and was able to get into the parking garage. On my way back, there was a car at the scanner and he was pressing the help button. I stopped and told this driver how to get in and he thanked me and the door opened for him. Why is this not included in the parking directions??? I was ready to leave and ask for a refund. I'm sure you have had to give refunds because your parking directions are inadequate. This was VERY frustrating.

I tried to scan my QR code Multiple times and the gate would not open. Order #: 909321028. I tried to call and only got an answering machine. I left a message for a refund and opened a case with my credit card company. Ended up paying the hotel valet $84 a night.
I will never us your service again and will not recommend to anyone.
