The parking and staff were right on…
The parking and staff were right on point. I do have one concern though. Being from out of town and following my phone for directions to the parking deck, the App led me to the opposite end of the hotel from its actual location. With the visiting teams buses parked there, I kind of drove around the block a few times to find the actual entrance. Perhaps on game day put a sign out closer to the road showing the entrance?

Didn't see an Advantage to Using The Service
I was at a two-day event that I assumed would have limited parking options. So I tried parking.com.
The garage I used didn't seem ready to accommodate this program- where do I park, is there a special area? Moreover, I didn't see anything that suggested that spots would always be available if you prepaid for the service. So I wasn't sure what the benefit of the service was.
Additionally, there were extra steps involved. The instructions said that as I park I needed to present my printed pass for a voucher. The first attendee I saw, wasn't sure what I should do but suggested I go to the office. I found the office was given a voucher and then took it back to my car.
The fact is, the next day, I parked in the same garage - found a spot, etc. and used my credit card to exit. This service wasn't needed.
