Parking Lot Fee Ripoff…
We attended a wedding at Lacuna Lofts on 4/3/25 and prepaid Parking.com for a parking slot. We entered the parking lot without complication. However, we could not depart the lot because the equipment did not read our license plate or the bar code embedded into the confirmation email. We activated the problem button multiple times and received no response. Because a departure line was developing behind us, we inserted a credit card to get the gate to go up. We request a refund for the second payment of the parking lot charge.
