Pay kiosk were not working so had to pay by text. Payment information would not stay entered so already expensive price I lost five minutes of my time for the payment to go through.

No option to renew the parking time
Very convenient to park , but there is no option to renew the parking time when they send e mail reminder for time out , i got a parking violation which is not right and will not happen if they can send the link to renew the time in my cell phone , i think i am not the only one , bad management .
