Plenty of parking spaces
Plenty of parking spaces. The parking space is roomy enough to get in and out of the vehicle comfortably. The parking fee instruction is visible throughtout the parking lot and easy to follow. The price is reasonable - higher than the municipal parking but less than the indoor parking garage. One less star because there is no sign at the entrance gates. For somebody not familiar with the place, I second guessed myself and drove past the gates twice which meant driving around the whole one way block.

After scanning the code to pay, the additional service charge on top of the hourly rate was not being notified prior, it's unacceptable! :-(

Poor Attendant Service
Poor Attendant Service - Arrive to the parking lot early in the morning and the attendant booth was opened, but there was no attendant on duty. It is a pain to pay by cash or have the attendant swipe your credit card. And if you pay by cash, you better have exact change. Just put in two or three kiosk pay machines.
