I had a problem and I sent an email regarding the issue with the company. Within 3 days the company called me back and resolved the issue. They even refunded me a portion of their money back. Park and Ride Conveniently.
What made my experience great was parking my vehicle and able to pay before you get out the vehicle by scanning a bar code or download an app to pay. Parking at this location was convenient and safe to park.

It took me over ten time to try to pay for the parking. It kept saying it was unable to complete the request at this time. I was finally able to pay for the parking, but was late for my appointment.
