They over charged me and I would like to have my $36 back I chose the $11.99 twice and they still made me pay at the gate. Please refund me my money

worthless to prepay they still charge you again once you arrive and leave automaticly at ahigher rate nothing like paying twice. total scam

When I asked someone to assist me with finding my vehicle, they said they would only if I paid them $10. When I told him no, he said he couldn't help.

It was very easy to get in and out of the garage and the pay ahead feature made it relaxing to know we already had a parking spot.

So easy! We paid via the website prior to our arrival. Parked the car on Sat & retrieved it on Monday.

Easy to book. Easy to find the garage and park. Getting out was difficult, as the license reader was not reading correctly. Thankfully there was a parking attendant there who could do a manual override. This happened to multiple people, so it took quite a while getting out of the garage.

It was easy to access the garage at arrival. The booking experience was easy to follow and finish. No issues. Found a parking spot quickly and after my event, I was able to exit quickly without issue.

The garage was closed and I was unable to park where I paid to park.

Ordering was easy. Location was decent for where we were going. Only conflict was to ensure you went in the right garage. Attendant on duty on a higher level informed that the garage overflow into the other garage was okay for parking in as they are side by side. I would use both garages as an option for one parking pass purchase so it helps people not feel like they parked in the wrong garage OR have additional signs befoer you turn into those two garages to ensure you are in the right one before the gate goes up from scanning your license plate.

Price was great, but there was no reader or scanner for the pass we were emailed so that complicated the overall process. When we were trying to leave, one of the automatic arms wasn’t working which caused traffic to be backed up and took us 30 minutes to get out of the parking garage.

I used the parking.com app to book parking time in the Nashville Commerce A/B garage. It was easy to book and see the cost for the specified time. It was cheaper to use the app and book time instead of just pulling into the garage. 24 hours for $24.99 instead of $40 the same time. Easy app to book and pay.

I like being able to set everything up online just showed up drove my car in and parked was able to get spot on first level when I was done just drove right out very convenient

I do always take a paper copy with my QR code just incase something funky happens on my phone. So far at the location I use the most in Nashville all has gone smoothly each time.
