Great location. Safe, well-lit. Easy in and out.

The posted sign said parking was $5 an hour, online the price was $6 plus an online fee. Price was the same for one hour as for a 15 minute extension and for a 3 hour extension. I could have paid $7 for 4 hours but instead paid over $12 for an hour and 15 minutes. :(

I've used Parking.com several times for different occasions. The experiences have been a mix of both positive and negative.

On the positive side, the **ease of entry and exit** is commendable. The system seems to have license plate readers that identify paying customers, allowing for a smooth entry and exit. The **pre-booking scanning QR code** for entry and exit is also a plus, especially with the discount for early reservation. The **location** of the lots is often convenient, close to hotels or event venues.

However, there are areas that could use improvement. The **signage** in the parking lots could be better. More indicators for payment methods and row identification would be helpful¹. There's also a concern about the **guarantee of pre-booked spots**. It's unclear what would happen if the lot filled up with public parkers who just came that night and paid.
Customer service also seems to vary. Some customers reported **excellent service** with efficient pick-up and drop-off. Others had less pleasant experiences, mentioning that the attendants seemed annoyed and the pricing was not transparent.

Overall, Parking.com offers a convenient service but could improve in certain areas to enhance the customer experience. I would rate it a 3 out of 5 stars.

Sign says a certain amount for 24 hours but doesnt let you put 24 hours in and then you end up purchasing again and pay more than what sign says. also, luckily mine wasnt one of thecars but several cars had busted out windows the next morning after staying at air bnb.

The machine where you pay with a credit card would not take my card. Then I took a photo of the sign for the app and went to my appointment. When I paid using the app, I meant to pay for one hour but ended putting in more than an hour and I couldn’t go back and adjust that. I paid an extra $2.65.

$6 an hour is way too expensive for the lot I parked in.

What you guys do is criminal. Karma is real and it will come for you.

Love that I can pay with my phone. Hate that you don’t give an option to extend time upon expiration - I had to pay $20 two times once because I needed to extend our time by ONE HOUR!

I thought for parking it was a bit pricey for 45 minutes. Maybe I would have thought differently if the price was for an hour. I usually park CincyEZPark which is less expensive.

I was only 2 mins over my alloted time and received a ticket. I will never park in one of your lots ever again.

The fact that 3 hours of parking is the same cost as 15 minutes is ridiculous. Why not make it a flat rate all day. I will not be parking here again

It was easy to pay and the text reminders were great! Close to where I needed and I felt like my car was in a safe spot.

I paid to park what can I say

First session worked well but as it was getting close to expiring it would not let me add time. Then after expiring I couldn’t make a new one, maybe just a glitch that day but very frustrating.
