Well lit, feel safe, very clean underground parking, friendly staff

I appreciated the fact that as an employee of a tenant within this facility we were able to get a discounted price on underground parking. What I didn't like was that I was unable to scan the bar code going in or out which made it challenging especially when you are constrained with time. There has to be a better way of getting us in an out of the property quickly.

The last 3 times I’ve used this service to more pay for my parking, the QR code would not work for entry or exit. This is very disappointing

I prebooked a spot arranged by event organizers. I paid $5.99 for four hours. When we arrived the scan did not work of our booking. In order to get in we took an ordinary ticket. When we checked out we just paid another $5 to get out of the garage. I did not try to get a refund for my original booking because I didn't know how to do that.

All of us in our group bought our parking pass ahead of time for peace of mind but all of us had trouble getting in to the parking garage with our QR code. We all had to call the help button. Then we all had the same problem with our QR codes to exit so we had to give lots of contact info and our order #s to get let out of the garage. One was fed up with the problematic process and just paid a new ticket to get out faster. So they paid twice. You need to fix your machines to read the QR codes. I will never do this parking service again. You lost a customer.

Unreasonable cost for the parking. My company is located in this building and I should pay $42.00.

It is most often difficult to scan your code to get into and out of the Parking lot. I had to call for assistance multiple times and once they couldn't get the code to work either. It holds up the rest of your customers trying to get in and out.

Got kicked out several times both in app and online. Didn't hold the information had to keep entering it, especially the discount code. Had to clear my cache. Had to pay full price one day cause of couldn't get a confirmation of payment. Buggy app.

I always find a parking spot when I use parking.com. The QR code is great and easy to use!

Website for prepaid parking passes was glitchy, took a very long time, multiple attempts and ultimately did not provide a confirmation of a completed transaction. Using prepaid parking pass was a cumbersome multi step process. Add to calendar feature did not include the bar code required to enter and exit. Instructions for use of prepaid pass were unclear: This is what it said:
Scan Barcode upon Entry, Scan Barcode upon Exit.
Pull ticket upon entry. Pay with credit card on exit or cash payment available at Centre Tower kiosk.
All in all - not a very user friendly experience.

Very helpful and kind people working at this location.
