Company is price gouging. Attended the Transworld trade show as a vendor and paid 10.99 for several days then price goes up to 30.99 per day! That is outrageous and the company should be ashamed. Most of the vendors at this show already are out thousands just to attend the event. Then to find out that your parking source has raised rates by $20.00 during the show in a lot that host mostly vendors it’s cruel and sick. Myself and over 50 other vendors have brought this matter to the attention of the trade show producers. We are demanding that the show be moved to another venue where its participants and vendors are not taken advantage of.

My old credit card was saved to the system and I was not able to override it. I was not able to delete it or enter my new credit card info.

The parking lot was decent and very close to the convention center. We had an incident where there was a ladder and a big piece of metal sticking up by the ladder in a parking lot where there was snow and ice. My mother-in-law tripped over the metal sticking up. It could have been a very bad situation. This needs to be removed.

We evidently made a mistake and put in 4 days instead of 4 hours and so were charged $80. We were then told there was no way to fix this problem and no way to refund the overage. We had to try 3 different phones before we got one to go through the entire process. We were also ticketed for $66 as our parking spot was apparently in an adjacent unmarked lot.

I parked on Saturday, February 10th, from about 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. There was a standing sign that read $20 Event Parking, but when I used the Parking app, I was charged $43.

Platform was easy to use, and I appreciated receiving a text message about 15-20 minutes before my parking was set to expire even though I was getting ready to leave anyway. There have been times with other services in the past where I almost went over time, so I feel that this is a very helpful feature.

Very clean lot continently located as well and felt secure has camera pods on the lot so felt safe leaving car there and well lit for after the event

Had very little contact with the company but it was a smooth process to register and pay.

Spaces are too small, and price is too high.

I was charged for 3 days of parking, not 3 hours. The UI only confirmed it with me after I had already paid.
Reached out to customer support, but never heard back.
Otherwise, decent enough parking experience.

Great location! But a little pricey.

Being able to pay on my phone rather than at a kiosk was super helpful! However, we were parked there for a work conference and was not aware that the rate was exactly the same regardless of how many hours I was there. I wish this had been clear, as I found out the last day that I could do a daily rate, rather than paying each time I came back from lunch, etc.

Lot was not available!!!! Had to purchase another space. Terrible cost $50 parking

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights

Easy to pay with my phone and saw security there all 3 nights keeping everything safe.

Have no worries using them for your parking needs.

For myself, I was able to navigate the instructions and give the appropriate response. I do admit that parking lots with no staff presence is challenging and scary. However, in this case it was seamless and successful.

$10.99 for an hour and 15 mins at 9:43pm in a dead St. Louis downtown. What a complete rip off.
