Easy and reasonable process to secure a parking space.

Parked here for an event at The Paramount 1½ blocks away. Was easy and spaces are well sized. Exiting was quick and easy.

The was within budget and the security of the building was adequate.

I Made an online reservation for 2 days, 48 hours, and when we arrived at the parking garage the barcode scanner would not accept our barcode to let us enter. A parking attendant discussed the barcode with us but did not know why it didn't work, and we could hardly understand his language barrier. He suggested just taking a ticket and discuss the issue when we left the garage with another attendant. When we left the same attendant told us to use our barcode again, but it still failed to work, very frustrating for us. We ended up talking to another attendant in the office and she asked us for our ticket and to just exit. But, the outside attendant still struggled to let us out of the garage, which was even more frustrating...

Very easy process: easy to book and easy to find. I will definitely be using again.

Parking was very easy here. Good location to the paramount theatre. Was great to be able to reserve a spot in advance.

Website would not work at all, either on my desktop or my phone. App worked fine, but I almost didn't bother downloading it because the website was such a bust, I thought the entire thing was a scam.

While it seemed easy to book parking online, the price ended up not being a great deal, and the instructions on how to use the pass weren’t clear. We weren’t able to actually use it because of this and ended up double paying for parking.

The process to purchase parking was very easy. Barely put the scan bar near the reader and the arm went up—going in and leaving. I would use this again for parking near Paramount.

No problem getting in the parking garage, but we couldn’t get out without the machine wanting us to pay again to get out even tho we were almost an hour before our expiration time!

Checking out at the "machine" did not work. Excessive wait time to exit. Terrible experience!

Had an issue using the provided QR code for payment, but the follow-up by spplus led to a quick & friendly resolution.

Easy, convenient transaction.

The only negative was when I scanned to leave the garage it was not accepted so the gate wouldn't open. Operator called who said to get attendant but there was noone. Held me up nearly 10 minutes getting out.

Used this service to purchase evening parking for a 5th Ave show and upon coming to the lot the pass I purchased didn’t work. Had to buy a ticket at the lot which proved to be cheaper than reserving.

Refund deserved.
