Unfortunately I have nothing good to say.. something so simple turned out to be a nightmare.. what’s more disappointing is not the first time this happened

Posted prices did not match what I was charged and there was no explanation as to why I was being charged more

They charged $60 for 2.5 hours parking. The staff working at the parking lot did not speak English.

The phone number to contact yall that Is on the sign, is inoperable. No way to contact you. Had to use three payment methods before one was accepted. Absolutely abysmal.

Parking is more than a parking garage, but if you have a vehicle taller than 6'8" you will need to park outside somewhere. The parking lots are a little small for a full size pickup truck, but I made it work. You are within walking distance to Cheesecake Factory and Regal Cinemas. I would park here again.

Easy to drive in and out.

No problem using the app. parking is a bit experience, but really convenient.

Find homeless people in the parking area lots of time smoking weed and doing needle.
Secondly I've been issued parking fine (3 times) ,where as I'm a card holder. It's never happened before.

30 dollars for 2 hours of parking and if you're even a minute over it's a 50$ fine. It's less a parking space and more a leech on the space in the city

Location was perfect. Processing the payment was quick and easy.

The displayed pricing does not match the app pricing (the app is higher than the signage). This is deceptive, but when you are in a hurry, you have no choice but to pay the app price. I appreciated the reminder my time was about to expire and did I want to add more time.

There was a sign on the side of the building where I parked with amount it cost to park. It said $8 hour. But when I checked out on app, the hourly rate was significantly more and total ended up being $16. This was false information. I tried contacting Parking.com and have not received a response.

Over priced
I’m from out of country and assumed all parking rates are very close. After parking within 2 blocks I came across 2 other parking areas that charged 1/3 of what you did. I actually parked twice in a private lot within a few blocks of Pikes Place and paid $20.00 for 4 hrs compared to your rate of $38.42 for 3 hrs

Price on sign was different than what is shown when I went to web site. VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!! Will not park there again.
