An almost empty lot that required me to download yet another app to pay. Then charged 21 dollars for 90 mins, when the sign said 8. Will not use again. Scam pricing

The concept of reviews has gotten stupid. It was a parking space. There were no armed guards, or defensive measures taken to ensure my car was protected. So 3 stars to pay to leave my car undefended seems fair. So my complete and fair review is "It was a parking space".

Pay close attention to the zone number. This is on the website not on your printed pass. That’s the only way to identify the lots. This one lists it as being 152 N Fourth, but if you park there you’re in violation. I ended up paying over $40 for that piece of knowledge. The 152 N Fourth parking is at 168 N Fourth (2 completely separate lots) and within that lot it’s only the first few rows. Figured that out the hard way cause no one answers the need help/ have questions phone number. This is intentionally rigged to take advantage of people who are not familiar with this system. The parking was a decent area and for a reasonable price, but I paid more for the violation than all 3 days of parking that I had reserved ahead of time online.

Not park Columbus. I don’t really want to have to download a whole new app to park somewhere when one app covers everywhere else

Absurdly expensive. 9 bucks for 45 minutes is a scam.

A sign going into the parking lot said "$6 A Day" but when the transaction went through it was $21.00. Pure scam!

This made my morning so easy! I was in an unfamiliar place and a bit overwhelmed so this definitely made things better for me. Very simple and easy to use!

The lot sign said $6 daily parking but when I used the app (only option) it was $21 for 2 hours! That’s insane in Columbus Ohio.

Cost! I was only there for an hour. To buy just that time was $21. To buy for an all day event was $10.

I parked at a location in downtown Columbus and when I selected 3 hours it somehow registered as 3 days and charged me for the entire time. I reached out to support to see if there was any way to resolve this and received no reply. I'll not be using any parking lots that are managed by parking.com in the future.

Took so much longer than other parking apps. Then to add time, it wouldn't take it. Literally tried over 10 times. I had to go outside to my car and wait for time to end at which time it said I could make a new reservation. By that point t I was so frustrated I just left. Another customer couldn't get the app to take his payment. Kept getting message that the lot was full but clearly it wasnt.
