Wonderful customer service. It was a little difficult to find, but when you call, they stayed on the phone with me every step of the way until I got there.

I am from out of town and I could not find this location at all which was disappointing. I prepaid and ended up having to pay $45 at another location to avoid missing my RiverBoat cruise.

Never used the parking even tho i paid for it it was to hard to find plus it has 2 addresses and none of them send you to the reservation for the parking paid elsewhere.

Ididn't park theere, because I coudn't find the the entrance and there's no sign where is the entrance, that's really bad

Used the app/website the night before to reserve parking. Was very easy to use but had the hardest time finding the actual parking garage the next morning. The directions never registered with Google maps and we were in a rush to make an appointment in downtown Chicago. Ended up not parking in the garage we had paid for so was $25 wasted. Would have been helpful if additional directions were given on this specific garage space.

The garage did not accept my pass. There was no attendant. Had to pay again onsite. Terrible experience.

I couldn't find the entrance to this parking lot. I followed the Google map and went up and down, but failed to see the entrance. Ultimately, I had to park my car in Trump Tower, which cost me $45.

The parking garage is open 24x7, but you cannot walk out of it and the building you go up to is also closed. I had to walk through a skybridge to get out of the building
App does not allow long enough purchase. I kept having to re-up, instead of just purchasing a 5 day stay.

Makes it easy to find and pay for parking. Chicago is a confusing place for driving, it is better to already know exactly where you are going and this app makes it easy!.

I usually like using you all , but I made a reservation same day to park. But my plans changed. Your app would not let me cancel the parking spot. You could see I didn't use it, so I was out $20.00.

We never could find this parking lot, GPS doesn't work there, wasted our money.

I was unable to find the parking lot I paid for and ended up paying for a spot that’s I didn’t use. Emailed the company about this but have yet to hear back from them. They are a total rip off.
